We charge a flat $8 shipping fee on every order, no matter the size. No hidden handling fees and no minimum-order tricks.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Pre-orders ship when the product lands in-house (Gen 2 arrives mid-to-late September), and pre-orders ship ahead of the general release.
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Every order includes tracking. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering an in-stock item, email info@bibicord.com.
If your tracking has not updated in several days or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will help track it down or make it right.
Bibicord runs on 100 to 240V and travels with modular adapters. International shipping availability is expanding - if you do not see your country at checkout, email us and we will let you know when we can ship to you.
