You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your Bibicord for a refund. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging.
Email info@bibicord.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send items back before you receive that confirmation.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Want a different color or model instead of a refund? Note it in your return email and we will arrange the swap once your return is received.
If your Bibicord arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at info@bibicord.com with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and cover return shipping.
Every Bibicord is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Register your product at bibicord.com/register to activate it and speed up any future claim.
Original shipping is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
